One of the problems in the fitness industry is the amount of alarmist claims, myths seen as truth, and overall misinformation. Even a large percentage of certified nutrition experts, certified trainers, and even doctors are guilty of the spread inaccurate claims.
We will do our best to put many myths spread by the media and industry ‘experts’ to rest by looking into the science side of exercise and nutrition. We are also aware of some of the studies funded by supplement companies to promote their product, and studies which use unreliable data such as surveys and uncontrolled data. In other words, our goal is to cut the bs and get to the facts!
